I received both my BA and my MFA from The University of New Orleans. I pursued a career in writing fiction, plays, and a television series before taking up the design and fabrication of sterling silver jewelry. Currently, my full focus is on macro photography as art.

Art is a bridge. The challenge of macro photography as artistic creation allows me to be present in ways that other endeavors have not. Opening the doorway of nature’s beauty and crossing that artistic bridge gives purpose and meaning to the many mundane activities that life is made of.
Sharing these photographs, enlarges each moment that I spent attempting to distill the absolute precision and perfection of the natural world. I hope you enjoy this closer look at our world.
